Lighting ceremony for the Rotary Trail on 20th Street South and 1st Avenue South in Birmingham was moved ahead of schedule due to inclement weather.

The peach water tower in Clanton, Alabama was built in 1992 and is 120 feet tall and holds 500,000 gallons of water.
